1. What Head Clear Is
Head Clear is a personal AI chief of staff that helps you manage email, calendar, tasks, and life domains. It uses artificial intelligence to assist — not replace — your judgment and decision-making.
2. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Head Clear only for lawful purposes
- Review all AI-generated content before sending or acting on it
- Not use Head Clear to send spam, harass others, or violate any applicable laws
- Keep your login credentials secure
3. AI-Generated Content
Head Clear uses AI to draft emails, summaries, and suggestions. You acknowledge that:
- AI can make mistakes — always review before sending
- Head Clear is a tool to assist you, not an autonomous agent
- The Focus Lab is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content without your review
4. Google Integration
By connecting your Google account you authorize Head Clear to:
- Read your Gmail messages when you request it
- Draft and send emails with your explicit confirmation
- View and create Google Calendar events on your request
You can revoke this access at any time in your Profile settings or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Subscription and Payments
Head Clear may offer free and paid plans. Specific pricing is listed at headclearapp.com/pricing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Intellectual Property
Head Clear, The Focus Lab name, logo, and all associated branding are owned by Dr. Michael K. Mens / The Focus Lab. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Focus Lab provides Head Clear "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
