Welcome to Head Clear
Everything you need to get from sign-up to a clear head — in under five minutes.
1. Create your account
Head to the Sign up tab and create an account with your email and a password. Each person needs their own account — Head Clear is per-user, so your data stays yours.
New accounts are activated immediately — no email confirmation step.
2. Connect Gmail & Calendar
After signing in, open Profile from the bottom nav and tap Connect Google. You'll be sent to Google to approve access to Gmail and Calendar — Head Clear uses these to triage your inbox and surface what's coming up.
You can disconnect anytime from the same screen.
3. Use the chat bar
The chat bar at the bottom of every app screen is your fastest way to get things done. Type things like:
- "Remind me to call Dr. Patel tomorrow at 2pm"
- "What's on my calendar today?"
- "Draft a reply to the latest email from Sarah"
- "Add a 30-minute deep-work block at 9am"
4. Enable hands-free voice
Tap the Hands-free toggle in the chat bar. Once enabled, just say "Head Clear" to wake the assistant, then speak your request naturally.
Head Clear waits about a second after you stop talking, gives you extra time when you trail off ("um", "and", "so"…), and stays open for a follow-up after replying so you don't have to re-say the wake phrase.
For privacy, hands-free is never auto-enabled — you'll see a one-tap "Resume hands-free?" prompt next time you return.
5. Read your Daily Brief
Open Daily Brief for a personalized morning rundown: your focus of the day, schedule, communications triage, and updates from each life domain you've turned on.
6. Manage tasks
Visit Tasks to see everything pending. Tasks created by voice, by chat, or pulled from email all land here. Mark them done with a tap.
7. Check your calendar
The Calendar page shows your synced Google events alongside Head Clear time blocks. Create new events by asking the assistant ("Block an hour on Friday for budget review").
Privacy basics
Your account, emails, and calendar data are scoped to you. Head Clear stores only what's needed to power your assistant — and you can disconnect Google or delete your assistant memory at any time from your Profile.
Still stuck?
Just ask Head Clear directly. Open the chat bar and type "How do I…" — the assistant knows the app.
